Equestrian Sports Promotions PTY LTD (ESP) is Australia’s leading show jumping event organiser and promoter. Formed in 2000, ESP organises, manages and assists at some of Australia’s largest jumping tournaments such as the ISS World Cup Qualifying event, the Australian Jumping Championships, the NSW State Jumping Championships, The Australian Youth Jumping Festival and Equestrian
NSW’s Weekend of World Cups.

ESP’s major aim is to promote and encourage a high standard of jumping at whatever level of event and to maximise the exposure of sponsor companies, their products and services.

Jane Frankum is the Director of ESP. Having been a competitor in jumping for over 20 years, she is well aware of the requirements of the horses and riders at jumping events as well as the needs of sponsors, owners and spectators. All interested parties are catered for at an ESP show. In addition to managing ESP, Jane is a coach in jumping and is currently the Pony Club Association of NSW’s state coach for jumping.

Jane’s partner in ESP is John Vallance is Australia’s leading course designer in jumping. He is the only designer in Australia accredited as an Official International Course Designer by the Federation Equestre International. John’s major achievement as a designer has been as the Co-course designer for the Sydney Olympic Games. He has been a
member of the course design team at 4 Olympic Games and has designed courses in Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, New Caledonia and Hong Kong.

Currently John is working with the organising committees of the inaugural Youth Olympic Games, Singapore 2010 and the 2010 Asian Games, Guangzhou, China where he will be the course designer.

ESP have created their own specialised jumping equipment for use at jumping tournaments. The four sets of equipment include the Grand Prix set which is considered the most elaborate and spectacular in Australia and is used at the major show jumping events. Many sponsors have
commissioned ESP to create specialised jumps for use at events.

The team of officials that assist in the conduct of an ESP tournament are dedicated to the ESP philosophy of presenting a show that is conducted in a safe, friendly, efficient and professional manner.
